At CTPM Australasia we pride ourselves on 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any product you have received, we will happily organise a refund or exchange as long as the product/s are returned within 30days of your receipt.
However please choose carefully. We do not refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Sale items are also non-refundable.
Reasons for returning items:
- Goods are faulty
- Goods have been wrongly described
- Goods are different to the product purchased on the website
- Goods do not perform as advertised
To return a product, please download and complete our Return Form to notify us of your intentions to return the item in a timely manner. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org or call on +61 2 4226 6184. Please include details of your invoice/order number, name, the product purchased. The cost of returning is to be paid by you the customer not CTPM Australasia. Please, feel free to call us for advice on how to have the item/s shipped back to us in a safe and cost effective manner.
If for any reason you change your mind and refuse the delivery of a product, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the issued credit.
Once the returned item is received and reviewed we will credit the credit card used for the purchase.
What to Return:
- All of the product and its parts
- All the packaging as you received it
- A copy of the invoice/receipt
- Your contact details
- A completed Returns Form
