Registration Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go astray. However from the time you make your booking your position at our event has been held for you, so we ask you please to understand that, should you cancel your registration, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Substitution - If, after registering an event you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place at no additional cost. Please advise us of this in writing to ctpm@ctpm.org.au . Details must include full name of the replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address.

Refunds - CTPM requires written notice at least 7 days prior to the event in order to issue a refund. No refunds will be made within 7 days notice.

Cancellation of event by CTPM - If due to unforeseen circumstances, CTPM is forced to cancel an event, we will endeavor to contact you directly to advise you and to arrange a full refund.
